We grow fruits and vegetables that are fertilized with compost produced right here on the farm.  We do not us artificial, petroleum-based fertilizers or sprays  In 2010, we put up a high-tunnel, in which to start grow our garden produce earlier in the spring and continue growing it later in the fall.  This year, we hope to extend our growing season into November, well after most gardens have been killed by frost. .  If you are worried about GMO’s, don’t be, we don’t use them.

Carol is an excellent baker so if you are ever interested in trying some artisan bakery goods, like pickle bread or homemade cranberry bagels, make sure you lets us know.  Have you ever tried kombucha?  If not, ask to try some when you’re here.

Some of our specialty crops include wine grapes, hops, organic barley, food quality wheat and oats.

Need apples, apple juice or 'RAW CIDER' for wine making?  They also have honey.
We get our cider at Sunnyside Orchards.
